This class will be all about flow and joint health.
Synovial fluid is the fluid within the joints space. It acts as a joint lubricant and it is a source for nutrients in the cartilage.
Through movement in Yoga we increase our flow of synovial fluid.
We keep our joints agile, prevent stiffness and support our circulation.
Increasing synovial fluid helps reduce inflammation around the joint and encourages the growth of new cells in the cartilage tissues.
