Happy Valentines Day!
February 14, 15 have been significant for both Christianity and Pagan practices to celebrate love.
In class tonight, we will honor our hearts and we will nurture our friendship with ourselves.
In our restorative poses, we will mobilize the shoulders and the upper back.
In our meditation we will strengthen self love.
As we reenergize and feel more joyful in our bodies, we will naturally open up to the loved ones in our life.
Thank you so much for being in my classes.
You took the leap from an in person to an online class and kept faithful to your practice.
Your presence is very important in my life and together as a community we spread love and light, supporting a compassionate way of life.
You all are my Valentines! 🌹
