Harvest time

The miniature apple, like the tiny shifts in our body or mind, still counts as a healthy resource.

In fact, our little steps are often more sustainable and have a better chance to last.

Self-care starts with small, intentional moments.

Fall asks for slowing down and grounding.

We grave a reset for our nervous system and we feel nurtured when we accept ourselves in the present moment.

Our practice for this week is getting back to the fundamentals:

  1. Our relationship with the earth.

  2. Our fully committed exhaling breath.

  3. Our release of the upper palate.

We will check in with the ease of each moment.

When we discover the nourishing quiet of Fall, we can allow our bodies to settle more deeply and to create space to invite our own inner stillness and calm.

Much love,

Marielle
