Sunlight boosts our mood and helps our brain to function better.
Our pineal gland, a small part of the brain, as small as a pea, regulates sleep, mood and energy levels.
When we expose ourselves to the sun, our pineal gland stops producing melatonin and resets our circadian rhythm.
The result will be better energy, improved focus and deeper sleep at night.
I am going to have breakfast in the sun today!
In class we will explore mobility in strength today.
