The Psoas muscle is the deepest muscle in the human body, affecting our structural balance and muscular integrity.
It is the only muscle that connects our legs to our spine.
When we are stressed Psoas gets tight and goes in hiding. This will affect our posture and our Nervous System.
A flexible and strong Psoas grounds us and allows our subtle energies to flow through the bones, muscles and joints.
We will do some deeper exploring of this powerful muscle using a BLOCK in the practice.
See you on the mat!
Much love,
Marielle
