Shoulder Joint

When we are young, we have a beautiful wide chest and spacious shoulder blades.

Slumping forward triggers anxiety and makes us feel more fatigued.

In Yoga class we will explore mobility and stability in our shoulder joint and muscles.

The Gleno-Humeral Joint or our shoulder joint is a very superficial ball and socket joint. and the arm bone ( Humerus ) has much mobility. It is very beneficial to gain strength to put the shoulder blades in place and to keep

the shoulder joint aligned.

For this class you will need a small WEIGHT ( around 3 Pounds ) and a STRAP.

Much love,

Marielle
