With so many sign of Spring arising, we will integrate this growth and renewal in our practice.
Our pelvic bowl holds our organs and centers and grounds us.
It creates security and a sense of belonging.
When our Pelvic floor is out of balance we are prone to develop tight hips or jaw tension.
Tonight we will help the second floor of our body regain strength and mobility.
Through our breathing, Sumo poses and forward bends.
