My trip to the Netherlands is tomorrow, I am so excited to go on a bicycle ride with my mom. It is our love language….
This trip will NOT affect the Friday morning classes, I will teach ALL of them from my home country.
The Tuesday/Thursday classes will pause from 9/7 to 9/21.
I will be back in the USA on Friday 9/22.
Our Yoga theme today will be shoulder mobility/stability and arm strength.
